Orlandini design
The upholstered Tatami takes inspired by the japaneses mat.
Is made up of a suspended wooden platform between the backrest and the feets on which they are placed and fixed with velcro, in free sequence, seat cushions with sizes and color different.
The aesthetic linearity of the traditional sofa gives way to a very varied and heterogeneous product, customizable and modifiable over time by the final user in the forms; never equal to himself by the constantly changing formal rhythm. The side ends can be either armrests, seat or side table.
The setting of the sofa has a strongly architectural imprint, where the monolithic backrest becomes the load-bearing volume well placed on the ground, on which the flattening platform joints both on the side and on the front.
Covers are fully removable.
